I'm back! I'm saddened to report I've put a bit on over Xmas so am back in the 300s after getting down to 290 in September. But what the hey, fresh start!
(I'll be weighing in a few days early - on a Friday, hope this is ok )
My goal is 275 (31lbs loss) by 26th March
Starting weight: 306lbs
Total loss: 23lbs
January 1st: 306
January 8th: 297 (
-9!) ( Over the moon, worked hard but had the interruption of a wedding - but burnt food off with
lots of dancing!!)
January 15th: 295 (
-2 ) (Pleased considering its TOM)
January 22d: 291 (
-4) Pleased, had lots of distractions this week.
January 29th: 290.5 (
-0.5) Had a naughty week this week, so glad I still lost something
February 5th: 289.5 (
-1) Really disappointed as Ive tried really hard an exercised too, hoping maybe its TOM, but its a bit early. So disillusioned now
February 12th: 286 (
-3.5) Yay!! Not so much yay for the amount lost but I've never got below 289 before and I finally broke the barrier! Plus its 50lbs lost since starting last year, over the moon!!
February 19th: 286.2 (
+0.2) Unsure if TOM? If not its ok, I'm happy to maintain
February 26th: 283 (
-3.2) V pleased, only 3 more pounds off losing 4 stone!
