He needs to contact legal aid now to find out what his rights and responsibilities are, so that he is ready to go when his child is born. Women don't move much while they are pregnant because they don't want to change doctors, but can disappear really quickly after the birth.

I didn't quite make 1500 calories today. I just can't seem to get more than 1500 or so a day right now. I'll have to see how that pans out for weight loss before I try to make a big change.

Good morning ladies...today is starting out very good..i just got done working out for 2 hrs..i did a 50 min aerobic dvd and then i did a 5 mile walk which takes 65 mins so i am feeling really good and having a pretty good weekend. Not much else going on so i will talk to you all again soon

Well thanksgiving for me was kind of a wash I forgot to tell my Nana that I was going to be eating healthy and she ended up making me home made pumpkin pie! My favorite, I had two slices (one thurs one friday) then told my husband to please please eat the rest!

Today for dinner I'm making Meatball pitas, I found the reciepe and it just sounded so good, im glad its healthy and low on calories too! I'll tell you girls how it is later.
