I had started my fitness quest in Spring of this year and lost 16 Lbs so far. I just walk daily 30-60 min... and I am loving my walking regimen. I don't track miles, minutes, just focusing on getting myself active and making sure I am active...I even get depressed when I miss my daily walk session!
I am just wandering if others can join on support thread here,for your walking accountabilty? I sometimes l listen to music when walking and enjoy the beautiful nature!!
