Hello everyone ~ new member here

I am ready to begin again working towards getting myself heatlhy. I live in a small town and don't have anyone to support me, so thought I would try joining a community like this for whatever advice/support I might need. I have a long way to go, but I'll get there one day, slow but sure. Thanks for listening!
