Insulin Resistance Recipes?

Sorry I looked for an insulin resistance forum but could not find one, so if anyone knows of one please let me know :)
Anyway I went to the Dr because I am getting dizzy/lightheaded and sick after my workouts. I manage my insulin resistance with metformin but I am apparently not eating enough carbs. :( I have been researching how I should be eating but honestly Im not finding any recipes. If anyone has some good recipes for those with insulin resistance please let me know :)

I found the Insulin Resistance forum! I wasn't expecting it to be linked with PCOS. But if anyone has recipes I would still LOVE to have them :)
