Want some motivation everyone? Here it is. Our goal for the YEAR is to beat the 2007 exercise minutes, right? Well, that year we exercised 205,352 min. So, I figured that to stay on track, we need to get to the 1/2 way point (102,676 min) by the end of June.
Guess what? When our minutes hit 7536 minutes this month, we'll be at the halfway point!! How fast can we get there??? |

Wow, not only was I not around, but I didn't get much of any exercise in during the first week of June. So, based on the days remaining, I'm going to set a goal of 460 minutes for the remainder of June.

Yesterday: 32 minute walk through the neighborhood. I timed it carefully because I was curious how long it would take me end-to-end...I am the first house on my road. :p

I worked like a mad woman around the house today for about 3 hours, I'll count 90 minutes.

Tuesday: 60 Minutes Aquafit Class + 5 Minutes Swimming Laps + 60 Minutes Hip Hop Class = 120 Minutes

40 min on the elliptical. I really rocked my intervals!
