Want some motivation everyone? Here it is. Our goal for the YEAR is to beat the 2007 exercise minutes, right? Well, that year we exercised 205,352 min. So, I figured that to stay on track, we need to get to the 1/2 way point (102,676 min) by the end of June.

Guess what? When our minutes hit 7536 minutes this month, we'll be at the halfway point!!

How fast can we get there???

45 min water class, 25 min elliptical, 25 min treadmill = 95 min

Personal: 467/1000

Group total: 4,040 + 95 = 4135

Wow, not only was I not around, but I didn't get much of any exercise in during the first week of June. So, based on the days remaining, I'm going to set a goal of 460 minutes for the remainder of June.

only 30 min lifting today. I felt dizzy and stopped early.

Group total ~ 4135 + 30 = 4165 min

Yesterday: 32 minute walk through the neighborhood. I timed it carefully because I was curious how long it would take me end-to-end...I am the first house on my road. :p

Today: 90 minutes at the gym - weight, cardio, stretching

Personal: 385 + 32 + 90 = 507/2000 :)

Group Total: 4165 + 32 + 90 = 4287 :D

Heather - Hope you are feeling ok. That happened to me last week and the next day I broke out in an awful rash. Guess it was some kind of allergy thing going on. :^:

6/6: 45 minutes on the treadmill
6/7: 155 minutes hiking
6/8: 105 minutes hiking, 30 minutes weights = 135 minutes
total: 335

personal: 450 + 335 = 785/1500
group: 4287 + 335 = 4622

Monday: 60 Minutes Aquafit Class + 15 Minutes Swimming Laps + 60 Minutes Aquafit Class + 20 Minutes Swimming Laps = 155 Minutes

Personal For Month of June: 701 + 155 = 856 Minutes Goal for Month = 1930

Group Total: 4622 + 155 = 4777

I worked like a mad woman around the house today for about 3 hours, I'll count 90 minutes.

Personal 240/600

Group 4877 + 90 = 4967

Tuesday: 60 Minutes Aquafit Class + 5 Minutes Swimming Laps + 60 Minutes Hip Hop Class = 120 Minutes

Personal For Month of June: 856 + 120 = 976
Goal for Month = 1930 Minutes

Group Total: 4967 + 120 = 5087

40 min on the elliptical. I really rocked my intervals!

Group total ~ 5087 + 40 = 5127 min

60 minutes at the gym tonight. 45 on the treadmill followed by abs and stretching.

Personal Total: 507 + 60 = 567/2000 :)
