Newbie... ticker question??

my name is kay i'm new... i'm going to join weight watchers tomorrow and i would really like to get a ticker... where can i get one... and how do i add it?? also how do i update it whe im losing weight??? help me! lol thanks

It's under "User CP" but the option to do it won't appear until 20 days and 20 post, I believe.

Because of problems with spammers we had to make the 20 posts/20 days policy.

But you might be able to post some progress after those 20 days!!
