Georgia is right, anyone over 300, but people do come and go into this forum no matter what amount of weight they need or wish to loose.

Personally I don't care how much anyone weighs. I just plain like talking to people who are in the same, "Oh my goodness it's so hard to lose this extra weight!" boat that I'm in. :lol: Don't get nervous if you think you're on the "wrong" board because from what I've seen it doesn't really matter to most of us. :)
