    Georgia is right, anyone over 300, but people do come and go into this forum no matter what amount of weight they need or wish to loose.

    Personally I don't care how much anyone weighs. I just plain like talking to people who are in the same, "Oh my goodness it's so hard to lose this extra weight!" boat that I'm in. Don't get nervous if you think you're on the "wrong" board because from what I've seen it doesn't really matter to most of us.
