hmm...

haven't really done much today. in fact, i've avoided some stuff i should have done.

however..

i did keep my cool and have a decent conversation with my dad today so thats a plus after the past few months. it made me quite happy actually.

I have had a good day. Food is awesome and so easy!! I have a sf jello chilling for snack later.
I even did a celebration dance when they announced UK wildcats fired the coach!!

gothik, you kept your cool and dgram, you did not kill your hubby. Two great positives, I'd say. gothik, you maintained your positive cool head, and dgram, we do not to post your bail. LOL Great job ladies.

Hi everyone! I have tried a variety of low-fat, diet salad dressings and ... well ... ugh!

But yesterday, I tried a diet honey mustard dressing at Miami Subs (honestly, even the words "honey mustard" sound bad to me, and I almost didn't try it) ... and ... it was actually very good! I still only ate a small part of the packet so really cut down the fat and calories on salad dressing. So WOO-HOO to me for this little step!

I guess I need to find more palatable options like this I can stick into my daily life.

Aggie - I love this thread - it's the first thing I check every morning to check in on everyone's positives! Thanks for starting it and keeping it going with all your encouraging, thoughtful, and kind replies!

Gothik - that's a great positive you had. I know because I have those same moments with my mom where I have to struggle to maintain patience and calm! Good job!

Dgram - I started going gray at 29 - ugh! Good for you for not killing hubby!

Well, I just woke up not too long ago (that in itself MAY be a positive...lol!)..but I'll be back later to post something else positive about today!

Goooood Morning, and what a wonderful morning it is.

My positive for today is, I am going to finish all I started yesterday, TODAY. I am going for a walk, a walk a little further than the last. This is huge for me becasue for so long I did not have much mobility, but since releasing almost 10% of my weight (gggirls, did you check out the lingo), I am walking so much better. Wooooha!!!! I am proud of myself for pushing myself and sticking to it.

CJZee-Variety is the SPICE of LIFE Great you were willing to try something new. Now don't STOP

Mainah-It's makes me very HAPPY to know people are enjoying this as much as I am. All for one and one for all, especailly right here.

Be back a little later to check in. Blessings to all.
Aggie

Hi all! my positive was even though yesterday I some how went way over my calories yesterday (accidentally, I forgot something I had ate and then at the end of the day remembered) I didn't want to but I stepped on the scale this morning and guess what I was down 1 pound 1 ounce..LOL haha yeah!

I'm getting closer and closer to my mini goal of 35 lbs lost total and then I'll almost be ready to say hasta la vista baby to the 270's cant wait!!

and Aggie congrats on walking further!!!! I need to start working on walking myself to build up my stamina since I'm going to be Florida bound soon! I wanna walk on the beach for hours and not get winded!!!

This one is not weight related (although I got a pretty good workout, so it could be...). I cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom today - including down on my knees scrubbing the floor! It will look good for about 3 seconds...lol...but still, it felt good to get it done!

Devsmam - I wanted to ask how old your son is with those words of wisdom? And great for you for letting go of the past. I need to work on that a little bit myself.

Have a good evening everyone!
