Super Start

So I am really excited about getting back to the 3fc website and to be on track again. I just saw a nutritionist and I've lost 12 pounds in almost 2 weeks. I'm super excited about all the changes I'm making and i just wanted to share it with everyone here. YAY! I could also use some support from anyone who is around my age and maybe already went through this journey just to prepare me for what it might be like. Thank you everyone!

Well Welcome back! Glad you are feeling motivated, thats what will get you going again. Losing 12 lbs is an awesome "come back" start. Congratulations!
