  • 35 minutes cardio

    Group Total 2221 + 35=2256
  • 90 cardio yesterday: 2256 + 90 = 2346

  • 45 minutes of beloved yoga, I believe this is my favorite excercise

  • 12 minutes walking the dog


    Group Total 2391 + 12=2403
  • 30 min recumbent bicycle
    5 min stairmaster

    Group Total: 2403 +35 = 2438
  • I got quite the workout today!

    **60 minutes walking trails**
    **15 minutes stair climbing. Yes. It was rough. lol**

    We also had to go to the Notre Dame law library for some of our work, and I probably walked about 2 miles total on campus. Don't know how long, so I'm not counting it to my total.

    2,438 + 75 = 2,513

    Personal Total = 190/400

    I might have to up my goal. I have been really getting my workouts in.

    Group: 2572 +36 = 2608
  • 110 minutes cardio(that's the last 3 days)

    2608+110=2718
  • 24 minutes walking the dog

    2718+24=2742
  • 30 minutes weights

    2742+30=2772
  • 2772 + 60 minutes cardio + 20 minutes weight training = 2847
  • 2847 + 15 min Friday and 10 min today = 2872
