  • I hardly got any exercise in last month, and I hadn't made a goal. So I'm going to make a goal, albeit a small one for this month, so I have something to aim for. I'm going to try for 400 minutes in March.

    Got in 25 minutes of cardio dance today.

    883 + 25 = 908

    Personal Goal = 25/400
  • 1.5 miles on the treadmill.. guess snow shoveling wasn't enuff.

    Group Total = 908 +30 = 938 minutes
  • I'm going to set a goal for 600 minutes for the month. That's 30 minutes 5 days a week.

    Yesterday I did 45 minutes.

    Group total=938 + 45 = 983 minutes.
  • 15 minutes cardio
    20 minutes walking while April was in trumpet lesson


    Group Total 983 + 15 + 20=1018
  • 110 min at the gym tonight - training session, cardio & stretching.

    Personal: 60 + 110 = 170

    Group: 1018 + 110 = 1128
  • Personal 120 + 45 = 165
    Group 1128 + 45 = 1173

    We walked 45 minutes today.

    Group total ~ 1218 + 35 = 1253 min
  • 45 beloved minutes of yoga


    Group Total 1253 = 45=1298
  • 60 minutes in the pool

    60 + 1298 = 1,358
  • 25 minutes walking outside. It was FREEZING, and I couldn't do it anymore than that! lol.

    1,358 + 25 = 1,383

    Personal Total = 50/400
  • 1 mile on the treadmill

    Group Total = 1,383 + 20 = 1,403 min.
  • 25 minutes cardio


    Group Total 1403 = 25=1428
  • I'll try for 240 minutes this month. My first month tracking my exercise.

    Today: 30 minutes / 240 minutes

    Group Total 1428+ 30 = 1458
  • 60 minutes cardio

    1458+60=1518
