New Vision
 

I think over the past several years I just accepted my weight.
While I didn't like it, I never really felt like I could be successful at loosing it.

But, all of a sudden I have a new hope. Beginning on January 12th and making a goal of 10 lbs a month, I am succeeding! Looking at pictures of those who have made it is so encouraging! IT IS POSSIBLE, and it is possible for me.

So, hope is in the air!

By the way...

Hubby has lost 16 lbs
Daughter has lost 9 lbs
I've lost 20 lbs

It's doing us all good!

I was sharing this with my family tonight and the tears started pouring down my face. I honestly never thought I would succeed, but now I don't just think it...I know it is possiblel. I'm going to do it!
