    I'm finally back after what seemed like forever, I have a lot of work to do to make my monthly goal but I KNOW I can do it!!

    Group Total 4832 + 60=4892
  • 30 minutes elliptical
    45 minutes hound walking

    Group total ~ 4892 + 75 = 4,967!
  • 60 minutes of cardio/abs/stretching. Plus endless hours chasing the kids on a play day and through furniture stores (not counting that, but it kept me moving today!)

    Personal Total: 960 + 60 = 1020

    GroupTotal: 4967 + 60 = 5027

  • Okay, we're over 5k! I think we'll be down on our Feb goal overall, but I'm pleased to see us making good, regular progress!!!

    As for me, 60 min at the gym yesterday.

  • 60 min for me....cardio/abs/stretching

    Personal: 1020 + 60 = 1080

    Group: 5,300 + 60 = 5,360
  • 40 minutes hound walking

    Group total ~ 5,360 + 40 = 5,400!
