Over 300 pounds and on Atkins
 

This is my first day on Atkins. If any of you, especially those 300+, have done it, I could use some tips, great recipes, prayers, or even a cheering section, as I try to lose weight before my cruise in May.:cheer2:


Also .. if anyone could help me find where to upload my own avatar and how to add weight tracking tool. I put it in "interests" in my profile, but it doesn't seem to show up. Thanks!

You need to be a member and make 30 posts before you get avatar and weight tracker stuff. You can go to user CP to make changes.

A cruise sounds lovely (perfect for me as Im seasick and would end up skinny! :lol:). Whereabouts are you heading?

Thanks to all for responding. As for the cruise, I am going to the Bahamas on the New Kids on the Block cruise. It's my first! I have vertigo, so I'm praying I'll be ok with some meds.. we'll see what happens!

How are you doing with Atkins? I've been on it since August 14, 2008, (third time) and I can't rave about it enough.
