today my victory was stepping up to 40 minutes on the treadmill instead of the usual 30! woohoo
wikky, i'm just curious, how do you burn off 2488 calories?
I'm guessing that includes your basal calories for the day?

My mam offered me the last bit of her Coke and I said NO. She seemed gobsmacked too
Heather, I logged my exercise minutes in the exercise thread!

I am sorry I took so long to get back to you!
the 2488 includes my basal calories for the day. I am using the BodyBugg system which I love (except for today-ugh!)

Mine Victory is an extra workout today. I did an hour on the trainer bike which was my planned exercise and hour and 9 mins on the treadmill extra (3.5mph on incline) I just about hit my calories target burned for the day (2850 also bodybugg tracked) but my treadmill workout was after midnight, so really I topped that off pretty good.

Heather - I'll post mine at the end of the month on the exercise thread. I know its not as much fun watching it go up daily, but I'll forget to post it otherwise.

I forgot to eat before I left for work today around 2pm and had to stop somewhere and get something I could eat on the road. I was tempted to go to McDonald's and get a burger (or two) but instead went to taco bell and got a bean burrito, and that was all. I would usually eat a burrito, a few tacos, and some other stuff. Not this time! It was filling and only 350 calories

I have a couple I guess...
1) i'm back , been lurking a lil off and on last few weeks.
2) bought an exercise bike today ( and plan on using it tomorrow once I find something to make seat a lil more comfy- gonna try a pillow..)
3) bought Special K cereal and snacks as well as 1% milk ( I rarely eat cereal or drink milk)
4) bought celery and a bunch of fruits and told kids which ones was theirs and to keep their hands off mine! ( they usually eat it all before I have a chance to)
I already drink 100 Ozs of water a day and eat a low cholesterol diet (hubby has high cholesterol), But i am thinking of seeing if I can drink a lil more water as well.
Hopefully I will be back tomorrow to say I exercised and started the new Special K thing..

Today Ive made apple muffins with drizzle icing and Ive not had a crumb or licked any spoon! Usually I would have eaten a muffin straight from the oven!
