I didnt know this was here what a great way to get some much needed support of people who also have a lot to loose. I know its going to take awhile so we will all get to know each other very well looking foward to making some great friends !!

I have learned so much and on the days that you don't want to keep going, there are so many people that tell me that I can do it.

It's amazing! I never have been so free about weight before, but it doesn't matter where you start as long as you keep going!

I will tell you what I tell anyone that is new here: take full advantage of all that 3FC has to offer. There are so many forums to choose from and each has it's own support system. I am a big fan of the tickers that show your progress. Also check out the diet blogs. Those are great for more detailed information on how people manage their entire weightloss journey.

I've been on and off this site for a long time and am just coming back again. I just joined WW again a couple of weeks ago and I come here to read of all the successes and encouragement. Hopefully when I get more weight off I can encourage others!
