I just signed up for this...I'm a little nervous, and I'm not sure I even totally understand what happens, but I figured, hey, free motivation! :)

I agree Walrus I signed up too. I have never really challenged mysef to anything fearful of failure. But I am slowly learning that if I dont try that is what makes me the failure. To succeed is to show up and try!

Since I am joining the YMCA sunday I want to join. have yall done this before? Also one more question ..in weighing do we have to post % of weight loss?? if so I will be lost lol.

I haven't done it before, but the team leaders do the %. You just need to make the initial post in the weigh in for whichever team you're assigned to (when it happens). You copy in the list of weeks from the FAQ and just go back and edit your initial post each week.

Well I'm in. I haven't been very motivated lately and I'm back and this will keep me motivated. I like a good challenge. :D I'll change my ticker to my starting weight in the morning and cross my fingers that I do well.

I'm also going to set 3FC as my starting page so I have no excuses not to come here every day.

Well I changed my ticker and I'm getting started. I've been eating better lately, meaning fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and a healthy dinner. But getting to the gym is a pain in the er...neck...yeah, that's it, the neck. :dizzy: I'll be okay this week coming up. It's school vacation and my bf and I are heading for Florida. We'll be walking on the beach and I can work out in the mornings at the gym that's at the timeshare. I'm more worried about when I come home. My schedule is so crazy that finding the time to get to the gym again is nuts. I'm doing it though. I didn't spend all that money on a tummy tuck just to gain all of my weight back.

Now...how and when do I find out about what team I'm on and where to post and stuff? I'm confused. :^:
