I do recommend people look at this -- we normally don't do a lot of cross-postings, but the moderators agreed this looked like a fun idea!

Basically, do a "5k" this weekend, but if you look you'll see the poster is having a lot of fun with it and you can do it all kinds of different ways. I bet it doesn't even have to be continuous!!!!!!

Ok so I created a graphic to print up and Iron on a Tshirt for this weekend........I will have to edit it......since now there are sooooo MANY more catagories then when I started making the blasted thing LOL
but wanted to share it here for those of you that aren't following the thread on the 5K
