506lbs now! I lost 6lbs this week!
 

Last week I posted a thread called "512 lbs = Me, wow! gonna be a long road!" and got a lot of great positive responses by a lot of you guys, first I want to say Thanks for that!

I weighed myself this morning exactly 1 week since the 512lb weigh in and I have dropped 6lbs I am now officially 506lbs! thats just 6lbs away from my mini goal of getting out of the 500 block. I just wanted to make sure I posted a big ol thank you to this forum because I get a lot of info out of these posts and enjoy reading about all of your success stories and what works and doesn't work for all of you. all I can say is I am happy that there is a loss and not a gain! I also wanted to thank those of you that are following me on my blog!
