Introducing myself...
HI
I am new to the 3 fat chicks forum and wanted to introduce myself. i am a aussie and started my weight loss journey in august 2006 at 170.9 kilos (375.98 pounds) i lost around 75 pounds before I lost my way in the last half of 2007. I now weigh 319.44 pounds (145.2 kilos) and am ready to continue on my weight loss journey. After counting and calculating weight watchers points for 18 months i may now scream if i need to count another point...so instead now im focusing on a healthy life. I am planning to weigh in monthly and when the new curves opens around the corner on25th febuary i will be there signing up (already have a appointment for that day!) This journey is so hard and long..but im determined to refocus on "me" and get on with this weight loss. I have been reading lots of threads..and so many of you are doing wonderfully...i look forward to getting to know you all kazz :) |
:welcome2:
Congratulations on such amazing work! Losing 75 lbs takes determination. You can get back up to 75 lbs & continue on! Planning for exercise is a great start ^^ Best of luck! |
Welcome Kazz!!

Kazz - :welcome3: You have done a fantastic job so far! Congratulations! I TOTALLY know how you feel about hitting a wall with part of your weight loss journey. For me it was with the elliptical and treadmill. One day the very thought of getting back on one of them filled me with dread. Thank goodness there isn't only one way to do anything! Please join us on the main thread!

Hi Kazz,
I'm an Aussie too. I live in a northern suburb of Perth. I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle just over 4 years ago and I'm still learning. I generally just eat better and move more, but things still need tweaking now and then, to maintain the weight loss. I hope you enjoy your time at Curves. I've heard lots of good reports about them. I am not a gym person so I have a treadmill, exercise bike, cross trainer and DVDs at home for variety. Take care, Zelma |
Welcome to the group!!! you will find lots of support here.

Welcome kazz, and all the best on the rest of your journey.

Congrats on the weight loss and realizing you should do something before gaining it all back.
