Question about weight loss....

Okay maybe TMI....I wear a 44 H bra and I have 2 questions.

If any of you ladies were around the same size when you lost weight did you lose alot in that area? I am hoping to do so because my only other opition is to have reduction surgery. :stress: Which I do not want to have to do.

My other question is...What would you consider or is your favorite sports bra? I am in need of a real good one for good reasons.

I hope this is not to personal. If it is I am sorry.

Yes - I have definitely lost size in my bust. Breasts are almost all fat tissue, so you will very likely lose some portion from there. What portion is really individual, so I wouldn't worry about it until you get closer to your goal.

As far as sports bras, I wear one from Glamorise that I get from Just My Size. It works well for me, but I am quite a bit smaller than you. I have heard that Enell bras are great, but I haven't tried them myself.

I have a wonderful sports bra -- I love it!

Believe it or not, it's a "Champion". I've tried higher-priced brands and have honestly found this one to be the most comfortable.

I'm always willing to try new brands though, so I'm looking forward to reading some suggestions. :)

I swear by the Enell. It feels like you're wearing body armour it's so secure. Its pricey though. The other one I have is a run of the mill sports bra I got at the running store. The difference between the two is about $40.00.
My opinion? If you're going to do high intensity workouts like running or competitive sports- Enell would be my choice, but if you're going to work your way towards high intensity, a less pricey bra would be better.
I hope that helps abit.
Have a great week!!

I started out a 48DD and I swear by Glamorise - they fit well, no bounce and wash wonderfully. I have just ordered new ones in a 38B (!). I have also heard wonderful things about Enell, but I will wait to reach goal before making THAT investment! As for losing - it is coming off, and it ain't pretty!

FWIW, I order my Galmorise bras from JCPenney.com.

Heather- Thanks for the reminder about JC Penny. They are slightly cheaper than JMS and that is where I got my last set.

I am down to 42DD from 46DDD. It's a relief, because there are many more bras available in my current size. Then again, they ain't lookin' pretty--they're getting deflated looking.

No recommendations on sports bras. Just wanted to say that I am losing in the chest area.

Thank you!!

Thank you ladies. I looked at the Enell and of course they stop at size DDD.:tantrum: They look like very nice bras. So hopefully as soon as I get to a DDD size I will be getting one.

I have a Glamorise Sport Magic Lift bra But its in a G cup. This was when I realized I need to go up a cup. But I think I saw some where else where they had them up to a H. So I am off to hunt it down. Thank you so much ladies.

Raven,

I believe (don't quote me on this, but I'm fairly sure) that if you call Enell they can do custom orders. I swear by my Enell for running, I wouldn't wear anything else. I'm smaller than you, but still a busty gal at a 36DD. Running in a less supportive bra is just downright painful.

Check out a Lane Bryant Caseek store or i checked online and they have them (im 5 months pregnant and im up to a 42 DDD so i smash these puppies down while im not asleep)
