Guess who's back?!?!
 

Hi, fellow chickees! Yes, it's me and I'm back. I have updated my tracker and was pleasantly surprised that I did not gain while I was away, so I feel better about that LOL! I am involved with a great group of women and we are all involved in a challenge to lose % of weight. We have put money in a pot with a portion of it going to our favorite charity at the end of our challenge in four months. I am excited about the support in all areas of my life. There is a website that I read about in Health magazine where you can invite your friends, family or co-workers to sponsor you on your challenges and reward you as you meet goals. Sounds fun too. Happy new year to everybody and I look forward to getting to know everyone in this group again!
