Oooo, DEBBIE, I love the 'Cherry Blossom.'

G'Mornin' all! Gotta keep working, but had to let you know I'm lurking! Was out of town & majorly sabataged all weekend, but now I'm back in the driver's seat. Have decided that next time I go to the folks' house, I'm taking the driver's seat with me, in the form of my own pre-packed foods. It may offend step-mom, whom I adore, but her cooking is just too good to ignore unless I at least have another option. Yesterday, for example, I woke up to the smell of fresh baking banana bread, and it was my only option to eat until after noon. Attack-of-the-carbs, for sure!

Hi everyone! What the heck is a DDR? And what are you doing with it? And, am I understanding fun & exercise in the same sentence? I must be old! lol!

Welcome Helen! This is the best place to be! Have fun! Good Luck! And, what the girls are telling you about the board being busy and sometimes having a hard time keeping up and posting.........yea, well, that is true! But I love reading their posts and I love them! I feel like I know them all so well and I think I post the least! So what I'm trying to say, is don't feel discouraged - keep on coming!:hug: Good job on the grocery shopping! I HAVE to eat breakfast. I consume more points for breakfast than lunch or dinner. But that is me. One of my new years resolutions is to keep a food journal too!
