REintroduction
 

Hi everyone. I have been here before, but it has been a long time! I will "re" introduce myself!

My name is Sharon, I am 31 years old, I have 2 beautiful daughters, and at this point in my life I am at 325 pounds, and honestly that sucks!

When I was here before, I started at 336 and dropped 40 poun! I was thrilled with myself. I went off of my blood pressure and GERD medicines and was looking great. I gained most of it back, and I feel horrible about myself. I have here to "re"commit to this! I WILL loose that 40 pounds and the other 130 or so I have to loose!

Again just wanted to come by and say hello and introduce myself!

Sharon - Welcome back!!! Look at it this way - often times people not only gain everything they have lost, but they have added on some more! I know that is partially how I got to be as large as I am. You have started back while you are still down 11 pounds, and that is a start!
