Aches and Pains

  • One thing I have noticed on my journey... my body aches more now that I've lost weight than it did at my highest weight. I haven't started exercising yet, and everytime I get up to move around, it takes longer to work out the kinks. I just would have thought it would be the other way around.

    *grumble*
  • No matter what my weight was, from about age 35 on, I had to do some basic stretching and toning exercises a couple of times a week or I would feel tight and creaky.
  • Hmm. . . I definitely feel better now than I did at my highest weight, but I started off and have continued to exercise. I would highly recommend starting, which can be really hard especially when things hurt, but in the long run the benefits are astounding (at least in my experience).
