Default Guess what..
I broke out the old scale today, not sure why, but really wanted to.

Today at 9pm, 30 min after eating dinner and drinking 4 cups of water, while wearing clothes and my big heavy shoes, I weighed LESS than I did naked, first thing in the morning after going pee a month ago.

A very cool feeling.

today's weight was 293. Yesterday was the first time I could weigh myself in clothes etc. and not have the scale go over 300. I started at approx. 310 (wonky scale, so I took the number that came up the most often). Getting the needle below 300 during the entire day was a big milestone for me.
