Just wanted to say hi.
 

Hello everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I haven't really participated in an on-line community before, but thought this was as good a reason as any to start.

Briefly, I am 26 years old, currently a social worker, but planning on returning to seminary in the fall, so I have lots of big changes coming up in the near future. I am married, no kids.

I am planning on trying to stick with a diabetic exchange diet for now. I tried this a year or so ago and lost 50 pounds (before gaining it ALL back) :(, but I am determined to try again.

I guess that's all for now, but I look forward to getting to know all of you better!
