1/3/07 - 234.8 lbs!
2/7/06 - 229.6 lbs.

Okay. I suppose that is 5 lbs and not as disapointing as I thought it was.

I weighed in at 288 this week! Almost at my first 20 pound mark! Can't WAIT! I haven't been checking the site as often as I should, and I need to stick with the weekly weigh-ins to keep me on track and accountable. We can do this girls!

Hello I am new to the forum. I like the idea of posting once a month. Weekly puts me in contact with a scale too much. my statistics 289/283/170. I would love to hear from anyone on setting mini goals.

Default Different Scales--a diaster

According tomy home scale, I have lost six pounds. The scale at work, a doctor's office type says I've lost one pound. This is the kind of thing that drives me crazy. I ampacking m y home scale up and taking it to Goodwill. I will weigh myself on the morning of the second Monday of each month at work.

I gained three pounds this week, actually yesterday, so I am weighing in at 300 once again. I guess I need to try and look on the bright side, I am PMSing and I usually gain (believe it or not) 10-18lbs for this week and then it all goes away later. Anyway I am committed so off I go to work out some more. Have a great week ladies.
