Evening everyone
I think we're missing a few . . . come back and play with us, I'll share all my toys with you, PROMISE!!! Charlene, echinacea (this is how you spell it, I took out the bottle to look) is actually an herb. You can probably get it at any health food store. Well all, I am PROUD of me today Water - Day 21 - DONE Crunches - Day 21 - DONE Eat healthy - Day 21 - DONE 30 min exercise - Day 15 - DONE :party: :balloons: :cheer: :dance: OK, so I am just a LITTLE excited, but at least it's a start. For the next 6 days (until my exercise challenge is done) I am going to try to do the others without it being one of my challenges, (to see if it is a habit yet) then when I'm done the exercise challenge I will have to think of some new ones. Everyone have a great night |

I am sad to say that I am very sick today and spent most of the day in bed. I didn't drink hardly anything so I blew the water challenge. I didn't eat healthy either so I am back to 0 on both. Tomorrow is a new day. I will start all over. Good night everyone! |

I guess for right now it's you and me girl, so we have to hang in there until the others return . . . maybe they went to Mexico . . . :rofl: Great job getting day 1 out of the way, I think that one is the worst, and you didn't feel well . . . I finished DAY 16 of 30 min exercise, actually I did the 1 hour yoga class. But right now I am really scared . . . I am getting ready to start a new job and move into a house (sharing with my buddy). I haven't lived with anyone for 6 years . . . but I HATE living alone. He is my best friend, I would like more, he doesn't think of me like that, or so he says. But he kissed me once and it wasn't how you kiss your friend . . . I truly thought my knees were going to buckle, noone had ever kissed me like that . . . My concern: I'll be out of my apt, where I have access to yoga/water aerobic/step classes, a full gym, pool and jacuzzi, inside and out . . . I have also not worked for almost 2 months and now I have to go back to work (restaurant, OH NO) watch what I eat and exercise . . . I just hope I can do it. He works two jobs so I'll have a the house to myself, which means I can do my yoga and pilates tapes. I guess I might have to get a cardio workout of somekind too. I am trying to set myself up for success. He usually eats out, between his two jobs and doesn't eat junk food often, chips maybe but that isn't a problem for me. OK, I've rambled enough Either way, I hope you're feeling better tomorrow . . . we can make it |

Chalene, I believe everyone has deserted us, <sniffle> but I have an idea. I also post on another 21 day challenge thread. There are lots of people and we won't be lonely. I think you can click on my name to see other places I have posted and that may be the easiest way to get there or you could do a search. The name of the post is: "Every-Day" 21-Day Challenge--getting in the habit The post is different in that when you start your challenge you also declare how many "pauses" you can have, from 0-3 depending on the dificulty of the challenge. the gals are VERY nice and VERY supportive. So hopefully I will see you there |

21 day challenge
im new and reading some old post... decided to start with angelas 21 day challenge and start drinking more water... So starting today i will in addition to my other liquids... count four glasses of water a day...... carvinmom:dizzy:

Hi carvinmom, good to see you post here. I am having to restart all my challenges again tomorrow! I will do it.... I told hubby I have to get back on track.
