OJ - 1 banana - 2 Subtotal - 3.5/3.5 Lunch salad - 1 grilled chicken - 4 foccacia - 6 Subtotal - 11/14.5 Dinner 1/2 sausage & pepper - 8 Subtotal - 8/22.5 Snacks 2 cookies - 4 DQ med. cup - 6 (plain, not a sundae) Subtotal - 10/32.5 TOTAL - 32.5 OK, wanna hear something freaky...I went shopping after work, had dinner at the mall, then stopped at DQ in front of my complex and got the icecream. DH came home abotu a 1/2 hr. after me and said, did you have your pop yet? (Meaning my tcby pop that I usually have). I said no, but I stopped at DQ, he pulls out a bag of DQ also!! He got me a peanut buster parfait!! I was like, "do do, do do..."!! I mean, we've been there maybe 3 times in 6 months, and we picked the same night to stop there?! How freaky is that?! So my 17 pt. peanut buster parfait is in the freezer!! Again...what was he thinking?! I mean, I certainly didn't need the med. cup, but at least it wasn't 17 pts.!! :lol: |

BREAKFAST 1/2 c oatmeal -- 2 strawberries & blueberries & sugar -- .5 LUNCH salad -- 0 parmesan -- 2 DINNER pasta, 1.5 -- 4.5 sauce w/veggies, 1.5 -- 3 homemade 10 grain bread, 1.5 -- 6:eek: grn beans -- 0 DAILY TOTAL -- 18 POINTS Banked -- 7 Activity earned -- 3 Water -- 10 Veggies -- 7 Fruit -- 1 **will start my weekly bank & weekly exercise again after Thursday's weigh in |
Note: I will be putting my Sunday's on my "Week before" as I usually need banked points for sunday.

I'm trying something new I got from another's post. I never know what's for dinner and it messes me up. I'm now starting my journal with last nights dinner and snack. We shall see how this goes:
9/25 Dinner 1 cup broccoli shrimp 2 1 cup rice 8 diet soda 0 9/25 Snack 1 small Dad cookie 1.5 9/26 Breakfast 2 cups concentrated coffee 0 1.5 tbsp. chocolate syrup 1.5 4 oz. 1% milk 1 9/26 Lunch I'm always worried about the fact that I eat 25 points everyday (which is my max). What am I going to do when my max is only 22 a day???? |

Good for you for not getting the sundae. Sounds like you do need to sit DH down and say, with much love, cut the @#$%!!!:dizzy: Tami: I also worry about the loss of points - and it is actually getting close! I am usually under, but manage to use up those points somewhere along the way.... Anyone know of a point free alcoholic beverage? This is (sadly) my greatest difficulty. I can go without with no problem, but once I've had 1 I am usually in for 4-5. That's 1/3 to 1/2 my points for the day. |
