WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I love to cook! Plus I've been working up to 60 hours a week so the weight has crept on with lack of exercise.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I would have to say knowing when to stop eating. I don't have that internal cue that hits when I am full. Learning correct portion sizes has really helped me. Oh and too much beer!
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: Finding a program (Weight Watchers) that is sustainable. All the plans in the past were quick fixes not lifestyle changes.
