WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Impatience. When I start a diet I want to see the results right there and then.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I am taking my diet one day at a time. I have lots of mini goals. I am taking this diet as a lifestyle change. I am taking this diet as my only option in regards to eating--chocolate? never heard of it.
And I have a very supportive and hot husband who recently lost and continues to lose a lot of weight and I want to look equally hot when I'm with him. Haha! (It sucks to say this, but he knows it too, when he was bigger we ate a lot of crap because he bought it).
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? I lived my whole life with a healthy 20 extra lbs. I was overweight, yes, but I was very much athletic. Then during my early twenties I started losing weight with a hectic college life, till I lost those 20 extra lbs and got down to 132lbs at age 24. I loved it! I was so skinny and so pretty, and felt so healthy! Of course at the time I was not nearly as aware as I should have of how thin, pretty and healthy I was. That's how it goes. Then I got married and bounced back to those 20 lbs, then got pregnant almost right away and with that first pregnancy I gained 20 more lbs putting me at 172 lbs. Through the years a sedentary life and poor eating made that weight go up to 187-193 lbs. And I got pregnant with baby #2; with her, luckily, I only gained 7 lbs. But again a rather sedentary life and mostly bad eating habits put me at 209. And here I am, dieting and on my way back to those coveted 132.
