This is actually much more difficult than I thought it would be, but it's finally time I became a healthier person. I'm a 31 yr old stay at home mom to an amazingly energetic four year old and we live in San Antonio, a lovely place that once held the title of America's Fattest City!

Like most everyone, I've struggled with my weight for most of my life, getting down to my target weight of 120lbs in college, only to gain the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior 15. My highest weight was 184lbs, and I'm currently at 175lbs. Due to my weight I have developed high blood pressure and have been on medication since I was 27. I don't want things to get worse. So, hi all, I am glad to be here and look forward to seeing everyone succeed. :)

:wel3fc: Taking the first step is always the hardest. So you are well on your way. This place is awesome! These ladies make me want to lose weight. I'm sure you will enjoy it here. And I would have a really hard time resisting all that great mexican food if I lived in San Antone as well. I grew up in Austin so I know what you mean.
