Am an Asian Indian who weighs 190 working in Dallas, Tx. Love food, hate exercising - yet want to loose weight. My target weight is 150Lb by christmas.
Have been exercising for more than a month now and counting calories but have lost only 2 lb in the past 5 weeks. sob sob sob. My calorie's burnt during exercise - per day - is approx 500 and intake is 1200. I should have lost more weight - damn it.
the only known medical conditions that I have are hypothyroidism and PCOS. I know both of them make weight moss harder - but this is rediculous !!
