Rabbit + LBH (or anyone else!) - Let me know what you think of my point estimates. Basically, I went out to dinner at Joe's American Bar and Grill and had: Some bread, Garden salad with Blue cheese on the side, 1/2 of the seared Ahi appetizer (3 thin slices of tuna over about 1 C of sticky rice), 5 French Fries and 1/2 of the roast beef Lionaise (sp) sandwich (large bun, ample roast beef, cheese, horseradish). Not sure how to count it!

* Melt 2 oz unsweetened bakers chocolate into 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. Add 1/8 tsp salt. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 C. H20. Cool slightly and add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Makes 2 Cups (32 pts) so 1 T is 1 point? High, but sooo... good!
Bailey - Well, rice is 5 pts. per cup, so I would say count 2.5 for 1/2 c. If the roll was like the kind you buy lose in the bakery section, I usually count a whole one as 4, so I would count 2 for 1/2. I'm guessing the roast beef would be more. I don't have my book in front of me, but I've been to Joe's and had that sandwich and there's 2 good sandwiches of meat on one!! I don't eat seafood, unless it's tuna in the can, so I can't help you there, but I'm sure you're the expert there!
Well, last I looked it was!! I just had it a couple nights ago, but didn't check the book, because it's one of those things I just knew. I know the brown rice I bought awhile ago comes out to 4 pts./cup, but in the book I believe it's 5...obviously when you have the nutrition info at hand, use that over what the books say!!
