Hello, everyone. About 6 years ago I lost 50lbs. I was doing really well with keeping the weight off till about 2 years ago. We had to move away from my home town. I became very depressed and gained back 20lbs. I am here today to get that 20lbs. off.
I am here to get support and me other in the same place I am in.
Same thing with me! I lost a lot (I don't remember just how much, could have been 30 or 50 pounds) 11 years ago. I kept it off for 5 years and then it started creeping back. I started working to get it off in January and made great strides for a few weeks, hit a plateau for several weeks, then all of a sudden, it started melting off. I'm back at a bit of a plateau, but I'm not worried. I just have a few to lose and I've given myself plenty of time to reach my goal.
Are you planning to follow a particular diet or plan or are you trying to change to an overall healthier lifestyle?
Hi, I'm trying to get the weight off again too. I started losing in 2002 hit my low of 167 last year from on all time high of 244 and then life happened. My fiancee and I broke up, I moved out, and had to start over from scratch broke and in debt. I went into a downward spiral of depression and all. Well it is almost a year later I'm up to 195 and I'm ready to do this again. I'm looking at 160 as an initial goal so that is 35 lbs. I took some pics, meaurements, and weighed myself today so I am ready to go. No excuses.
