    I've never done Weight Watchers Points so maybe you can tell me how I stand.

    Monday:

    breakfast:
    skim milk with hersheys 10 oz

    early lunch:
    ice tea sweet 6 oz
    cottage cheese 1 cup Skim
    mandrin oranges 1/2 can

    late lunch:
    1/2 taco bell pizza
    (running errands in town)
    diet pepsi

    dinner:
    2 slices thin crust papa john garden pizza
    diet coke

    only had 25 oz water today
    too much diet soda
    and ate fast food instead of salad for dinner
    because I've been unloading the truck, dragging all the
    rubbermade boxes upstairs to empty, inventory, and repack the show stock. Now I have to carry all the boxes back down stairs and reload the truck. This is my only exercise today and its killing my arch in my foot (still having problems with that!).
    aprox. 25 trips up and down stairs.
