Hello all!!! I lost 5 lbs this week..Well..I guess AF was what gave me the extra 5 when I weighed in last week for the start..I'll take it
!!! We have a challenge at work to either maintain or lose to get a prize at the end of the holiday season so I joined up to try it..It is motivation!!

Hello Everyone,

We are still in VA. The project is not going well and DH has to keep staying one more day. Do you know how hard it is to be stranded with a 2 year old when you don't have anywhere to stay from 11 am to 5:30? We went through that Friday and today. Supposedly now he is going to be done tomorrow. I told him I was out of ideas of what to do with Alex so we are keeping this room until Wednesday. I have to be home Wednesday evening for a sonogram appt, so either we are all leaving Wed morning or Alex and I are leaving and they will have to make other arrangements about getting Andy home. Ugh. Alex's schedule is totally off kilter. I don't know how long it will take to get him straightened out. My diet is non-existent. I haven't seen a vegtable in so long, I can't even remember how to spell it.

I hope y'all are having better success than I am.

RR and Annie: Congrats on the losses girls! You are doing awesome.

Hello all,

I have not been doing well on my diet at all. I am glad that this week is a short week for school, however I have tons of homework. All my professors are thinking that since we have a long weekend - we can do more homework. Which means that I am stressed, and that's when I eat. Of course, this whole semseter I have been totally stressed out. :(

Congrats to everyone that lost weight this last week.

Karen, I am sorry you are feeling "stuck" in VA. Hopefully, when you do get home, Alex's schedule will straighten right out. Little kids are resilliant, unlike some of us adults. (I am speaking of myself.) :lol:

Well, it is time for me to get back to work. :(

Lauren, I counted up everything that HAS to be done by the end of the semester, and I counted at least 20 different things that I have to do for classes, the business fraternity that I am sec/tres. of, and I have been nominated into the Who's Who Among Students in Amerincan Universities and College. (There is a form to fill out for that as well.)

I have decided that I am going to get a massage after my finals. I will have almost a full month of not having classes, so that might help me. I know it will do wonders for my shoulders and back.

Well back to working on homework and/or other projects.

Oh my it is a small world. No I do not attend UT. I am attending Lourdes College in Sylvaina. It is alot tougher than Toledo and believe it or not, cheaper. I live back behind Spring Meadows area, just inside the Toledo Line. (One street away from Holland) I grew up mostly in Whitehouse. I moved back to the area 2 yrs ago after being away for 10 years and still I sometimes have trouble not knowing where I am at. I generally stay in my own little area, or places that I used to go to. (Unless it was with my ex)

Tell your niece not to worry, I am working on the 15 yr. plan for getting my degree. It is definately (sp?) worth it. I am even considering going after my Masters. After a year break from school though. I am considering Wright State or Notre Dame - South Bend IN.

Well tonight I just watched tv. I know I should have been working onl homework, however I felt like I needed a break.

Hello Everyone!

We are home! I am so happy to be here. I almost kissed the house when we got in. We got home about 1:15 this AM. And Alex was up and having an absolute tantrum by 7. Welcome home, huh! I'm sure it's because he is so tired/mixed up. He didn't fall asleep until after 11:30 in the car. I hope he takes a good nap today.

Lisa: Wow, girl. That's a lot of stuff to get done. I hope you enjoyed your night off. We all need a break every now and then. The massage sounds like an awesome idea.

Lauren: We did the mall! And the movies, he sat through his first full movie! We saw Chicken Little and he really liked it. He did talk through it tho. I was thankful there was only one other family in there with us. They had a nice playground that he loved at the base, but it rained all day Monday and Tuesday morning. That really put a crimp in entertaining him.

I'm going for yet another sonogram tonight. This will be the third one I've had done. Cletus is going to be well documented! They want me to drink 24 oz of water 1 1/2 hours before the test and NOT pee. I told the lady she was mean. It's allergy season. Do you know what happens to me if I have a full bladder and have to sneeze! Yep, you guessed it. I wet my pants. I'm not looking forward to this!
