Hello to my fellow troopers

Good afternoon-
My name is Alana, and I am 31 yrs old. I am just starting this healthy way of living and it's nice to see everyone so supportive. I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions to ask as well as advice to give. I used to weigh 145 seven years ago and somehow (could be the eating junk and no exercise :lol: ) I'm up to 224.
I look forward to posting, so I'll be "seeing" you all soon!
