OJ - 1 shake - 3 yogurt - 2 Subtotal - 7/7 Lunch Healthy Choice meal - 4 1/2 c. corn - 1 salad - 1 1/2 LF bran muffin - 3 Subtotal - 9/16 Dinner small roll - 2 2 pc. lean turkey - 2 1 pc. swiss - 2 can root beer - 3 Cake - 7 Subtotal - 16/32 Snacks snack wells - 3 [b]Subtotal - 3/35/b] TOTAL - 35 |
Thursday

OJ - 1 oatmeal - 5 Subtotal - 6.5/6.5 Lunch croissant - 5 lean chicken breast - 4 muentster - 2 dill mayo - 2 baked lays - 2 (Not sure here either, have to check the bag) Subtotal - 15/22.5 Dinner 6 pc. thin crust "bar pie" - 24 (These are the really thin, barely any ingredient pies, you know?)
