according to web md I have an ideal bmi if I weighed 109lbs that would put me at 18% I am currently 29% I had no idea I could safely be that small! I am going to work my hardest ever!! I just wanted to share that new info ;o) anyone else in a similar weight range and goal?

Hi Melissa, just wanted to say welcome to 3 Fat Chicks. This particular board is for 30-something's though. You may want to check out the 20-something's board.

Also, you should definitely consult your doctor to find out what would be a safe weight and BMI for your age and height.
