I need to get back on track. Here are my goals for this week:
1. 1 gallon of water/day
2. Gym 5x this week (health permitting)
3. Eat breakfast
4. Log all food/activities at fitday.com
I think I'll keep it simple this week, as I'm still feel a little "under the weather"
