Goals: Week of June 12th

  • I need to get back on track. Here are my goals for this week:

    1. 1 gallon of water/day
    2. Gym 5x this week (health permitting)
    3. Eat breakfast
    4. Log all food/activities at fitday.com

    I think I'll keep it simple this week, as I'm still feel a little "under the weather"

    Include AFDs (alcohol free days) on spreadsheet. Aim for 3 managed 2, oh well
    exercise X 5 YES!!
    drink 6 glasses water (is this getting monotonous?) yes
    Plan meals and grocery shopping instead of winging it OOPS

    GOALS FOR WEEK OF JUNE 12TH
    EXERCISE 5X
    PLAN MEALS/SHOPPING
    TRACK FOOD
    Is there a trend here that these are getting smaller and smaller....?
    Oh well
