2 slices left over pizza (10)
1/2 can diet soda

snack
triscuits (6)
1/2 can diet soda

(36) points... yikes they go fast!!!
Total water= 52
Flex points balance= 23

Goal for 5/4 avoid snack box in teacher lounge!

Sure, I'm game! Really have to stick with this journaling. And I really have to put batteries in my scale so I can weigh myself! :rolleyes: Can you say procrastination?! :lol:

5/4 - Wednesday

Breakfast
12 oz. coffee w/milk & 1 sugar x2
banana
1/2 pop tart
(breakfast didn't go quite as planned)

Lunch
WW meal
sm. sweet potato w/2 tsp. butter
sm. apple

Snacks
6 almond kisses
4 sandwich cookies
1 1/2 pop tarts
Yes, I'm a snack-aholic w/a sweet tooth!

Dinner
Ugh...what a waste of a day...
McDonald's
quarter pounder w/cheese
a few fries
a few sips of root beer
(I guess having a whining 2 y/o helps to not eat the fries or drink the soda! :lol:)

Cinco de Mayo!
chicken burrito
rice & beans
(ugh, how filling, but soo good!)

Snacks
10 almond kisses
3 mini reeses cups
ice cream sandwich

Dinner
1 1/2 c. meat tortellini w/sauce

BTW, I only post when I drink something other than water. I have a 32 oz. bottle that i fill at least 3x during the work day.

MY pointer would be to write it all down NO MATTER WHAT... may not stop you from eating it the first time... but the second time I always think twice! LOL
