I liked what the scale had to say last night! 4 more pounds lost to the healthy snack fairy! I always weigh myself at night at home with my pj's on so that way when I go to a dr appt... I see a slightly lower # unless their scale lies!!!! LOL
Last nights snack 8:00... triscuits and diet soda (not the healthiest but not chips!) Hope everyone is having a good week! |

Hello all, hope this finds everyone well. I have not been doing so hot this week. It is the week before finals and I am a stress eater. Last night ice cream sounded good, so I went to the store and picked up a 1/2 gallon of chocolate and then after I put it into the bowl, I poured chocolate sauce on top. It tasted soooo good, but now I have almost 1/2 gallon in the feezer. We are getting down to the wire and I am majorly stressed. HELP!!!

I am soooo proud of myself, you guys! Usually Wednesdays (because of my schedule) results in fast food and also overeating due to stress! Not yesterday! I planned out my meals and snacks and ate exactly that with only a small slice of angel food cake with strawberries and light cool whip as the only thing I did not plan! YEAH!! A huge psychological success for me!! Have a great day, ya'll! (and Lisa--I agree, if the ice cream is going to make you feel bad, then throw it out. It you can have small amounts, then you are a better person than I am!! :dizzy: ) Jen |

Nice job on the planning Jen! I have been up with sick kids for two nights in a row. I am way overtired! I ate so much junk it's not even funny! I think I need to start writing down my meals in advance in my journal and the using another color ink to change if needed. I plan them ahead of time but... change at the last minute! Kristina |
Well, I am FINALLY starting to work on my business homework, typing it out and everything. It has to be 15 - 25 pages and I've got 6 1/2" done. At least it's not due til the 14th. lol. I have been just eating small portions of the ice cream. It is finally starting to feel like spring/summer here and that helps. (I just wish I could be outside instead of tied to the computer.)
Oh well, in a little over a week it will be vacation!!!! |
Hey ladies, Mind if I join in with you? I was on the Mom's Losing Weight thread but no one seems to post there anymore. I'm losing my support system and I can see thing changing for me. I've gained back some weight and I'm not liking that one. :(
