coffee w/cream & 1/2 sugar

1/2 c. veggies

2 "hostess" type cupcake

Snack
Reeses PB cups
3 chicken nuggets
~4 sugar snap peas

Dinner
2 c. baked ziti
6 mini meatballs
1 "hostess" type cupcake

coffee w/cream & 1/2 sugar
banana
1 pkt. maple & brown sugar oatmeal
1 pkt. plain oatmeal

Lunch
Lean Cuisine
1/2 c. sugar snap peas
sm. dinner roll

Snack
2 100 cal. choc. chip cookies
2 oz. trail mix
2 choc. chip cookies
(OK, I"m having snack issues today!!)

Dinner
1 pc. breaded chicken (probably around 6 oz.)
1 c. rice/veggie stirfry
3 choc. chip cookies
handful choc. covered pretzels

Geez, I'm such a snacker!! :o

Breakfast: cherrios and skim milk 160

I'll check in after work...lately we have had catered lunches....SHould my goal be to forgo the catered lunch for the lean cuisine? Can I? Stay tuned!

Well there is good news and bad news...
The good news is there was catered breakfast, but I did not partake as I had already had Cheerios.

The bad news is there was enchiladas, taquitos, beans, rice, guacamole, and brownies for lunch. :devil: Yeah, I had them. And they were yummy.

But, for dinner I had a spinach, tomato, mushroom, and broiled shrimp salad, and then I spent an hour on the elliptical, so even if lunch was 1000 cal (which I doubt) I still took in about 1500 calories and then burned about 600 on the elliptical.

Jen, my mom is a CDE and they have rep lunches every Tuesday. She started telling them to bring in sandwiches and big salads, instead of fatty italian food, etc. She will eat the insides of a sandwich and salad. BE STRONG!

I'm leaving lunch the same as yesterday, because I brought the same thing!

1/2 c. 1% milk...one of the girls i work w. made me eat it. ;)

Snack
ARGH...no willpower, these fudge filled sandwich cookies fell into my cart at the store at lunch! :( I lost count... :mad: :mad:

Dinner
Snow...Horrible driving conditions...not in the mood to cook when I got home, so I stopped and p/u McD's for us.

This day was a bust... :( I can't wait til Easter is past...I have too much candy and crap around.

too many sandwich cookies...

Dinner
2 c. eggnoodles w.ground beef, onions & cheese
chocolate covered pretzels

can you say "total waste of a day"?!
