m&m = 4

lunch
salad = 4

snack
chx mix = 4

dinner
l cuisine = 6
peas = .5

snack
popcorn = 2
cookies = 10

daily total = 35.5 what a day.

etc = 10

daily total = 32
flex = 23.5-8=15.5
