30-Something's Halloween Challenge - Week 1 Update
OK Ladies! Here's your Week 1 Update:

Week 1: ? no update Rabbit Goal: 177lbs. Week 1: Maintain drummergirl Goal: Exercise 3x week Week 1: N/A Ladies, please update your progress by Saturday night, so that I can get the week's results posted on Sunday. Anyone that hasn't posted in a week will be removed from the list, unless I know you're going to be away and unable to post. Thanks!! Jen's update
Let's see....yesterday am I was 186 and this am I am 188.5....of course I worked last night...I did not snack or anything but I was drinking water through the night so that could be the difference. I ran Friday evening for about 45 minutes and will run again tonight.
Yesterday I had 1 egg, 1 pancake with strawberry jam, 2 burritos at Taco Bell (that darn fast food again! my kid wanted to go there after her soccer game) and then 4 english muffin pizzas with sauce and a smattering of cheese and, oh yes, fruit cobbler and ice cream....hmmmmm.... So, today is a new day! I will have breakfast shortly....probably an egg overeasy...we may be going out to lunch again so that will be my challenge. Lots of water. I had a diet pepsi yesterday with lunch. It amazes me how thirsty I am after having soda. What I have been really impressed with is how I am learning how my body deals with certain foods....Kind of an elimination diet of my own. I have had IBS in the past and now that I rarely have soda I have not had any problems....I guess losing the caffeine and sugar does make a difference! No more gratuitous desserts if I want to make my challenge! Jen |
oh, I guess I joined at the end of the week because I put in my Thursday weigh in weight and don't have another one until next Thursday.

Rabbit, no biggy, did you have a loss for Thursday? I'll edit this week's progress. Jen, what was your starting weight? I figure for the updates, I"ll post "+1", or "-1", you know? So like for this week, I would post +2.5 for you, if that was your week ending total...know what I mean? BTW, I'm sure you know this, but don't weigh in every day!! You'll drive yourself nuts girl!! :lol: |
I'm so bad, but I do hop on the scale first thing each morning...Maybe stopping that should be part of my challenge!!

Lauren - I was unable to make a meeting and weigh in this week. I've got to find a new meeting to attend, but this week nothing worked in the schedule. I'm leaving for the weekend tomorrow so thought I'd update you today.
