Breakfast Veggie breakfast patty (80) 22 oz planet smoothie (320) Lunch Subway chicken teriyaki sub (6", white bread, no cheese) (370) Baked Lays (140) Dinner 1/2 roast beef sandwich with horseradish on sour dough (under 375 for sure) 1/2 chicken asian salad with low sugar dressing (wontons but no almonds) (under 175 for sure) Dunno what the total is. I think I have some sort of chest cold, though. :( |
Hello Everyone I am new to this site. It seems pretty cool that you guys keep track of your calories. I guess I will start tomorrow. I hope I can change my ugly eating habits.
